Campaign event photography: Stills
Price: $600
Capture the energy and moments of your kickoff or special event. Includes:
- 20 high-resolution, professionally edited photos (JPG)
- Mix of candid and posed images
- Light retouching and post-processing
- Delivered via private online gallery or file transfer
📸 Ideal for website, press, and social media use.
Campaign event videography: Single video only
Price: $600
Record your speaking program in crisp 4K. Includes:
- One professionally recorded 4K video, up to 90 minutes in length
- Basic editing (trimming, leveling audio, adding fade-in/out)
- Delivered in your preferred digital format (MP4, MOV, etc.)
🎬 Optional add-ons:
- Captions/subtitles: +$100
- Custom chyrons (speaker names, campaign logos): +$100
Campaign event photography and videography: Combined package
This package combines both photography and videography at a discounted price. Everything listed in the two packages above is included.

Video field session: Cascadia Level
Price: $750
Includes:
- An on-location recording session
- Filming of four short videos in 4K, no more than ten minutes each (multiple takes if needed)
- Basic editing
- Delivery of files in desired format
- One round of minor revisions
Captions and chyrons are available for an additional fee.

Price: $450
Includes:
- An on-location recording session
- Filming of two short videos in 4K, no more than ten minutes each (multiple takes if needed)

Additional charges
On-location assignments more than twenty minutes from Redmond (in non-rush traffic) will incur an additional travel fee which will be distance based:
- $6 for every 18 miles in each direction (Redmond origin)
- 50 cents for every minute driving in each direction (Redmond origin)
No travel fees will be charged for sessions in the Greater Redmond area (Sammamish, Kirkland, Bellevue, Woodinville, Redmond, and Redmond Ridge).
Fees must be paid upfront before recording sessions take place.
Travel fees will be billed after delivery of project files.
